Sparkling Spiced Fireball Whiskey Halloween Drink

Equipment

Jigger for measuring spirits and liquids
Cocktail Shaker
Cocktail glass

Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey
  • 3/4 oz Vodka - Your Favorite Brand
  • 2½ oz Pear Nectar - I used Goya Pear Nectar
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • pinch Ground Ginger
  • pinch Ground Cinnamon
  • Prosecco - or champagne for topping off
  • Gold Sanding Sugar - for cocktail rim

Instructions
 

  • Rub the edge of your cocktail glass with wedge of fresh lemon and dip into the gold sugar crystals to create a fun gold cocktail rim. Set aside.
  • In a cocktail shaker, splash in Fireball whiskey, vodka, lemon juice, and pear nectar. Sprinkle in pinches of ground ginger and ground cinnamon.
  • Shake all ingredients together really well so as to let pieces of ice crush within the shaker to smooth out the entire cocktail as it combines. 
  • Strain into the prepared cocktail glass and top off with chilled sparkling Prosecco wine. 
  • Garnish with a cinnamon stick and thin sliced green pear or green apple. Enjoy chilled.
