Instructions
Make a cocktail rim by rubbing your glasses with a lemon wedge or dipping in light corn syrup and dipping into red and pink sanding sugars. Set your glasses in the freezer.
In a mixing glass, muddle the fresh strawberry chunks until crushed and juicy. Next, splash in the fresh squeezed lemon juice and splash in a bright red syrup from your bottle of Maraschino Cherries.
Now add the rum to the mixing glass. Fill your mixing glass about 3/4 of the way with fresh ice and cover.
Shake these ingredients together well until thoroughly mixed and totally chilled through. Now, using a cocktail strainer, strain this mixture into your chilled coupe glasses.
Lastly, top off each cocktail with a splash of Izze sparkling pomegranate juice. Finish the Valentine’s rum cocktail by floating a little Rosé Champagne or (rosé sparkling wine) right over the top of each cocktail. Serve nice and chilled.
