Even Santa’s trusty elves earn themselves a well-deserved sleigh break. As a toast to all their hefty holiday helping, I’ve mixed up an easy Sleigh Break Christmas bourbon cocktail that will leave them singing carols by the fire.
Ginger Beer - premium Fever Tree ginger beer for topping off
1 to 2Cinnamon Sticks - for stirring and garnishing
1spoonfulFresh Cranberries - for garnishing - frozen
Cinnamon Sugar - for garnish cocktail rim
3 to 4Red Apple Slices - for garnish

Swipe your rocks glass and dip into a little combination of cinnamon sugar. (About 1 tsp white sugar mixed with 1/8 tsp (or pinches) ground cinnamon. Stir to combine on a flat plate and dip to coat the rim of the glass. Set aside.
In a cocktail shaker, splash in bourbon, maple syrup, fresh lime juice, and apple cider.
Fill cocktail shaker about halfway with fresh ice cubes and shake well. Shake vigorously until cocktail is combined and ice cold.
When shaken and combined, pour into a rocks glass. Top off with the ginger beer.
Garnish with fresh cranberries, red apple slices, and a cinnamon stick. Additionally, add a dusting of cinnamon sugar on top.
