Instructions
Drop 4 fresh red raspberries into the bottom of the cocktail shaker along with 2 large sage leaves.
Muddle the raspberries and sage together until crushed. Next, splash in the freshly squeezed lime juice plus simple syrup.
Fill the cocktail shaker the rest of the way with fresh ice and cover. Shake raspberries, sage, lime juice, simple syrup, Chambord, and gin together until thoroughly combined and chilled.
Fine strain the Thanksgiving gin cocktail using a mesh cocktail strainer. Strain into a tall and slender glass filled with fresh ice cubes. Top the drink the rest of the way with chilled champagne.
Finish by garnishing with a skewer of fresh raspberries or top with loose raspberries and a fresh velvety sage leaf. Float with a tad more of the Chambord liqueur over the top, if desired. Serve cold.
