Peach Bourbon Tea Drink with Iced Tea & Thyme | Summer Bourbon Cocktail

This easy peasy peach bourbon tea drink has a nice fresh-brewed tea flavor that is quenching and refreshing with a hint of fresh thyme herb syrup and peaches.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz Peach tea - already brewed, unsweetened and chilled
  • 3/4 oz Thyme simple syrup - recipe follows
  • 3/4 oz Lemon juice - fresh-squeezed
  • 2 oz Bourbon - your favorite quality good bourbon

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing glass pour in iced tea, thyme syrup, lemon juice and bourbon.
  • Add ice and stir with a bar spoon until everything comes together and gets nice and chilled through.
  • Strain into a tall glass with ice.
  • Garnish with peach slices and fresh thyme.

Notes

If you want the cocktail to be sweeter, add in more syrup by the teaspoon until you’ve reached desired sweetness.
