½cupBlueberries - Fresh or Frozen
1cupFresh Spinach - Loosely packed
1½tbspHoney
3/4cupCoconut Water
1tbspButterfly Pea Flower Powder
1/3cupIce - or more if desired

Make the Mango Smoothie Layer:
In the blender, combine mango chunks along with honey and coconut water plus ice. Blend all ingredients together and set aside in a separate container.
Make the Butterfly Pea Flower Smoothie Layer:
Now toss cherries in the blender along with blueberries and fresh spinach leaves. Drizzle in the honey and top off with a sprinkling of the butterfly pea flower powder. Finish off with a splash of coconut water and add ice. Blend together to combine.
Serve:
To serve, pour in a glass, alternating the yellow mango and purple pea flower layers until you've added the desired amount of each to your glass. Garnish with fresh cherries if desired. Drink cold.
