- 8 Chunks Fresh Watermelon - Big 1 inch-cubes
- 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 4 oz Vodka - Your Favorite Brand. I used Svedka
- 1.5 oz Green Apple Liqueur - Your Favorite Brand. I used Classica Green Apple Liqueur
Instructions
- Rub the rims of your shot glasses with a wedge of fresh lime and dip into pink sanding sugar, set aside. Grab a slice of watermelon and slice it into thin strips for garnishing later on and set aside.
- Toss your fresh watermelon cubes into the cocktail shaker and muddle thoroughly until the watermelon is completely crushed and all the juices have been released.
- In the same cocktail shaker, splash in fresh lime juice, vodka, and green apple liqueur.
- Fill the rest of the way with ice and cover. Shake vigorously until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Strain into the small prepared shot glasses and garnish with fresh watermelon slices. Serve cold.
