Strawberry Sunrise Easy Easter Tequila Cocktail

- 2 oz Orange Juice
- 1½ oz Good Silver Tequila
- 1 whole Fresh Strawberry - quartered
- ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- ½ oz Agave Nectar
- Champagne or Prosecco - using not sweet (dry or brut style champagne/prosecco) for topping off
Instructions
- Add quartered strawberry pieces to the bottom of a rocks glass. Splash in the agave nectar.
- Muddle fresh strawberry chunks and agave nectar with a muddler until fruit is crushed and a red paste forms.
- Fill glass the rest of the way with fresh ice and splash in the tequila.
- Splash in orange juice. Stir everything together with a bar spoon to mix contents. Stir evenly and well until cocktail takes on a pinkish color and all ingredients are combined.
- Top off with 1 to 2 ounces of the dry/unsweet sparkling wine such as champagne or prosecco and give the cocktail one more gentle stir.
- Garnish with sliced strawberries or fresh orange slices. Serve Cold.
