Instructions: In a shaker muddle chunks of cantaloupe and fresh mint leaves. Muddle everything until fruit is smashed and mint leaves are bruised and release their fragrance. Add the lime juice of the two small lime wedges and pour in the honey. Add ice to the shaker and then cover and shake thoroughly. Mix and shake until the honey is evenly combined with everything and chilled through (about a minute).
Serve it up: No need to strain. Pour this into a rocks glass and top it off with sparkling wine or champagne. Garnish with fresh sprigs of mint.
