This fun fruity gin cocktail is a great warm weather sipper. It’s perfect for when you want something fruity and refreshing! A nice clean splash of gin mingles beautifully with muddled blueberry and mango nectar. A hint of fresh lime and sparkling water make up the finishing touch in this refreshing mango blueberry gin fizz.
Switch it up!
This is a fun fruity gin highball for those of you who want to mix it up and do something different from a gin and tonic. The basic gin and tonic is just a tasty cool mix of ice, gin, and tonic water (maybe jazzed up with a little fresh lime). That’s always a goodie, but sometimes I just need a little mango in my life and so do you!
Make An Easy Sparkling Fruity Gin Cocktail with Mango
Make It Yours
My favorite thing about this cocktail is how easy it is to make to your liking.
- You could muddle some strawberry in here instead of blueberries and make it a mango strawberry fizz.
- You might choose to leave the simple syrup/berries out and just splash in mango, lime, and sparkling water to make it less sweet.
- Don’t be afraid to play a bit with the ingredients and just tailor it to your liking.
This is really a pretty simple, refreshing fruity gin cocktail that is super easy to make.

Muddle Some Fresh Blueberries For Your Refreshing mango Gin Cocktail
In a highball glass, muddle fresh blueberries until juicy and crushed.
Add Some Lime Juice To balance the mango cocktail
Squeeze in the juice from a wedge of lime and add some simple syrup and a splash of gin.
Add Gin To create a delicious Mango Gin Fizz
I used Roku gin which is a Japanese-style craft gin with really clean and mellow flavors.
Tasting Roku Gin …
It doesn’t have overwhelming flavors and is more flowery with light, earthy, and botanical notes. This style of gin flows perfectly with the fruits happening in the cocktail. It is quite clean tasting and refreshing on its own. I imagine if you had nothing else, it would taste amazing with nothing more than a splash of tonic or sparkling water and a lemon or lime.
Add Mango Nectar to Mango Blueberry Gin Fizz
Next, fill your glass with some ice and splash in some mango nectar until it reaches a little more than halfway. Top the rest off with sparkling water. Give it a gentle stir. Garnish with a little lime and some fresh blueberries/mint if available.

If you don’t want any pieces of berry in your drink:
Then build the cocktail in a shaker, add ice and ingredients, stir/shake and then strain into your glass over fresh ice. Lastly, top off with sparkling water. You will love this fruity and refreshing gin cocktail that’s perfect for keeping cool on warmer days!
Tipsy Tips:
- Got fresh mango fruit? Garnish with a little skewer of blueberry and mango chunks!
- If you’re not big on gin, easily swap the main spirit for vodka or even light rum.
- If blueberries aren’t available, strawberries would taste great with this combination as well. One strawberry per glass would work well.
- Stick to sparkling water and not tonic water for the cocktail. Tonic water will have a bitterness to it that may not mingle well with the other stuff happening in here. If you do add tonic, skip the mango nectar and maybe just add berries/lime. Tonic works best with simple combinations.
