Easy Sherbet Drinks with Champagne and Elderflower Liqueur

Ingredients
- 3 oz Prosecco - chilled – brut dry non-sweet prosecco or brut champagne
- ¼ oz Elderflower Liqueur - such as St. Elder or St. Germain
- 1 scoop Rainbow Sherbet - 1 oz scoops, slightly softened – one to two scoops, as desired
Instructions
- Grab a cocktail glass with a wide opening such as a coupe champagne glass or wine glass and in a scoop of the rainbow sherbet.
- Drizzle the rainbow sherbet with the elderflower liqueur.
- Top the rainbow sherbet and liqueur with prosecco sparkling wine to fill the rest of the way. Serve immediately, serve very cold.
