How to Make baked salmon in foil with lemon and dill
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and begin by slicing a lemon and pulling apart your dill sprigs into smaller pieces for sprinkling over the fish.
Season Your Salmon Fillet w/ Salt + Pepper
Sprinkle both sides of the fillet with salt and pepper. Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with foil. Sprinkle it with fresh dill.
Dot With Butter
Dot your salmon fillet with a little butter. To do this, I just took 1 tbsp of cold butter and sliced it into thin squares. I placed the butter slices right down the center.
Flavor The Salmon With Lemon + Fresh Dill
Top the salmon fillet with lemon slices and finish up by tucking in more fresh dill in between the lemon if desired. Drizzle everything with a little olive oil.
Seal the buttery lemon and dill seasoned salmon In Foil
Seal the fish in foil by placing a second sheet of foil over the fish and cinching it together all the way around. Leave some room over the fish and create a little pillow or pouch of foil. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until the salmon fillet easily flakes with a fork.
