In a mixing glass, drop in a bar spoon of sugar and hit with a few dashes of Angostura aromatic bitters. Toss in fresh mandarin segments/slices and toss in fresh mint leaves.

- 4 – 6 dashes Aromatic Angostura Bitters
- 1 heaping bar spoon Sugar
- 4 segments/slices Fresh Mandarin Orange
- 4 leaves Fresh Mint
- Sparkling Mineral Water - Your favorite brand. I used Perrier
Instructions
- In a large mixing glass add a bar spoon of sugar. Pour 4 dashes of Angostura bitters over the sugar.
- Toss in the mandarin orange and mint leaves. Muddle thoroughly until everything is crushed and mint leaves release their fragrance.
- Add a good amount of ice and stir well until cocktail is mixed and nicely chilled.
