Ingredients
- 4 chunks Fresh Ripe Pineapple
- 4 fresh Mint Leaves
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- Dry White Wine - Sauvignon Blanc or Pinto Grigio
- Sparkling Water
Instructions
- Muddle pineapple and mint until pineapple is crushed and juicy. Splash in the simple syrup. Fill most of the way with fresh ice and splash in dry white wine such as (Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio) about half way up the glass.
- Top off with a light splash of sparkling water and gently stir everything to combine. Garnish with a pineapple cube and a sprig of fresh mint. Serve chilled.
