Here is a more simplified version I did earlier to decorate our console table. This can really be used in any room of the house if you enjoy decorations with a rustic theme. I always put a little piece of burlap or fabric with neutral colors to complement/make it stand out a bit. Additionally, you could tuck in acorns and pine cones in between the vases to line the basket with a filler.
You could use small orange pumpkins, white pumpkins, or mini pumpkins.
Don’t forget to tie the necks of your vases with a little twine or burlap ribbon to give them a little charm. A long rectangular metal basket serves as a container to tuck in flowers, small vases, leaves, and candles. If you don’t have a container quite like this one, consider a different container. Rustic wood trays in a variety of shapes would make a perfect stage for these bottles with pillar candles in different heights and pumpkins placed all around. Consider round or long rectangular trays in gold as well!

I just couldn’t put together this easy elegant Thanksgiving table decor without tucking in some antique bronze tapers, which are always my go-to for adding elegance and character. If you don’t have any sort of old-looking or antique bronze taper candle holders, this set of three is an elegant and beautiful set to start with. Beautiful colored taper candles always add a touch of elegance and warm ambiance to the room for any occasion.
Here I am using tapers with the texture and look of dried corn. They have glittery beading towards the bottom. If you’re looking for a similar way to add a touch of to your Thanksgiving table setting, try these beautiful neutral and soft colored dinner taper candles by Root. Alternatively, these nice terracota colored ribbed tapers would do nicely too!
Otherwise, regular taper candles in warm autumn tones are always an excellent and reliable choice for any dining room table. Root has longtime been a favorite go-to when it comes to tapers and votives. I find that they burn consistently well for long periods.
