A little frozen yogurt makes them creamy and satisfying while honey and squeezes of fresh lime add zest, sweetness, and balance. To make these cooling fruity yogurt ice pops, simply add your cubed watermelon to a blender along with fresh blueberries.

Add a few heaping tablespoons of greek yogurt to the blender along with honey and a few squeezes of fresh lime juice. Blend these easy fruity yogurt popsicles together until combined.

Popsicle molds, blender

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Fresh Sweet Watermelon
  • 3/4 cup Fresh Blueberries
  • 2 heaping tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 1/2 to 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until combined.
  • Pour mixture into small popsicle molds and add wooden popsicle sticks for handles (or add your popsicle mold handles/covers back on) and freeze for 4 to 8 hours or until thoroughly frozen through. Unmold, and enjoy on a hot summer day.

Notes

[social_warfare buttons=”Pinterest, Twitter, Facebook”]Makes 6 small popsicles.  Double the recipe to make a bigger batch. Mine took about 3 oz of liquid each before I had to stop pouring. I leave some space so they don’t overflow since the liquid will expand a bit as it freezes.
