This fun spring Easter tequila cocktail is an easy and festive drink. You can toss all the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker and pour, serve, garnish. It’s decorated with festive spring and easter accents, but you’ll want to mix up this festive Easter brunch cocktail anytime! Pour these fresh lime tequila-tinis with light appetizers or serve as an after-dinner drink!
For an optional decorative touch, you can rub the rim of your glass with a lime wedge and then lightly dip it in a festive colorful rim! I had orange sanding sugar so I used that to create a colorful cocktail rim for our festive Easter brunch cocktail. You could also simply garnish with a lime wedge, fruit, or a pretty flower.
Fruity Easter Tequila Cocktail
A Fruity and Colorful Cocktail You Can Serve with Easter Brunch
For an extra festive touch, I put a cute chocolate marshmallow Peeps on mine to make it match with this super fun and colorful Easter table decor!
I sprinkled jelly beans around to make it festive and colorful for the occasion, but you could easily serve this in a salt-rimmed margarita glass over ice for a Cinco De Mayo theme! How fun and delicious would that be?! Let’s kick everything off by grabbing some ice…
Add Ice To Your Cocktail Shaker
Start by filling your cocktail shaker about 3/4 of the way with ice so we can shake and chill everything up when we’re done adding ingredients.
Splash in Tequila, Mango, and Liqueur
Splash in your favorite brand of good quality silver tequila. Now splash in Grand Marnier (I used a raspberry peach variety but you could use regular Grand Marnier, Cointreau, or even a type of peach schnapps would be delicious as well).
Garnish Your Easter Cocktail with a little Peeps!
Now add in a squeeze of juice from a fresh wedge of lime and finish off by splashing in the simple syrup and mango juice.
Serve as a festive easter Tequila cocktail For Easter Brunch
Now seal your cocktail shaker and shake everything up until chilled and combined thoroughly. Strain mixture into a cocktail glass and top off with a splash of dry sparkling white wine, Prosecco, or Champagne! This will give it luxurious bubbles that will finish everything off with a delicious sparkling fizz…
As I mentioned above, you could easily serve this recipe for a Cinco De Mayo theme as well! If you have fun margarita glasses, these would make a great on-the-rocks tequila cocktail you can serve with a salt and lime rim.
For this dressier occasion, I went with the martini glasses but you easily transform the look of the cocktail with different glassware. If you are making this for a festive spring table or a Cinco De Mayo theme, be sure to give it your own colorful and festive flare! This way you’ll know that it tastes as yummy as it looks!
