This easy apple loaf is a great recipe for fall, Thanksgiving and the holidays, but I like making it all throughout the winter season too. Crisp Japanese Fuji apples are my favorite to use because they have a long shelf life and they are consistent in flavor.

Make Easy Cinnamon Fall Spiced Apple Bread
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan with baking spray (or grease it with a little butter). Combine dry ingredients. In a separate medium bowl start by combining flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon by whisking together gently until combined. Set aside.

In the electric mixer or stand mixer, combine butter and sugar together by beating on medium speed for 3 or 4 minutes or until light and fluffy. Next, crack your eggs open into a separate little bowl and add them in one at a time along with the vanilla.
